Top Up via USDT (Manual Transfer)
To top up your balance manually using USDT, please follow the steps below.
1. Select USDT Manual Transfer
- In the top tab menu, select USDT – Manual Transfer.
- This method has no transaction fee (0%).
- Processing time may take up to 6 hours.
2. Enter the Top-up Amount
- In the "Enter amount you want to top-up" input field, type the amount you wish to add.
- The system allows any amount ≥ $10. You can also choose from preset values:
$50,$100,$200,$500,$1000,$2000,$5000
3. Review Payment Summary
After entering the amount, the system will display a breakdown including:
- Amount: Total input amount (e.g.,
50.00 USD) - Fee (0.5%): Automatically calculated (e.g.,
0.25 USD) - Payment Method: USDT
- Total Amount: The final amount you need to send (e.g.,
50.25 USD)
This amount includes the fee and must be sent exactly for the top-up to process successfully.
4. Select Payment Method
From the dropdown, choose one of the supported manual USDT transfer methods:
- Binance ID – Transfer via Binance P2P using recipient ID
- Binance Email – Transfer to Volecom's Binance account via email
- USDT – TRC20 – Blockchain transfer via TRON network (recommended for low fee and speed)
- USDT – BEP20 – Blockchain transfer via BNB Smart Chain network
Once selected, the system will display corresponding recipient details (e.g., Binance ID or wallet address).
5. Upload Proof of Payment
- Choose how you want to upload the proof image:
- Upload an image from your phone
- Upload an image from your device (default)
- Then, upload a screenshot of your successful USDT transfer.
- Accepted formats: JPG, PNG
- Max file size: 10MB
6. Submit Payment
- Click the SUBMIT PAYMENT button after completing all fields.
- The Volecom team will verify your transfer and credit the balance to your account.
