Step 2: Verification Process

Steps for uploading information for verification.

1. Why verify account​

At Volecom, we take the security and safety of our customers very seriously. That's why we require account verification for all our clients who create an account with us. This helps us ensure that only legitimate users have access to our platform and our services, and prevents fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

The information you provide during the verification process will be used solely for verification purposes and is completely confidential. We keep all personal and account information secure and strictly confidential, in accordance with our privacy policy.

To submit for the verification process, you will need to provide:

  • A valid email and phone number.
  • One of five links to your Facebook, Telegram, Facebook, Zalo or WhatsApp accounts.

This information is necessary to verify your account and to provide you with the best possible service.

2. Guide to Verifying Account​

After registering a new account, you must verify your email address to access all features on the Volecom platform.

There are two ways to proceed depending on your case:

Case 1: Verify your current email​

  1. Click the "Verify Email" tab.
  2. The system will show your current email (e.g., youremail@gmail.com).
  3. Click "Send Verification Link".
  4. Check your inbox for a verification email. If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
  5. Click the verification link in the email to complete the process.

If you encounter issues, click Get help at the bottom of the popup for assistance.

Case 2: Update and verify a new email​

In case you entered the wrong email during registration in step 1, you can update the correct email by following these steps:

  1. Click the "Update Email" tab.
  2. Enter your new email address in the input field.
  3. Click "Update & Send Verification".
  4. The system will send a verification link to the new email address you provided.
  5. Check your inbox (or spam folder) and click the link to complete verification.

Note: Email verification is required to activate your account and access Volecom’s features.
