TikTok Account Usage Policy

We are Volecom, also known as Volecom Agency (which owns the websites volecom.com, my.volecom.com, and docs.volecom.com, all collectively referred to as “Volecom”).

Volecom provides TikTok advertising account rental services. Below are our policies and terms of use. Please read them carefully before using any services offered by Volecom.

1. Classification of Advertising Accounts

Volecom offers a single type of advertising account, the TikTok Agency Advertising Account.

  • Provided directly by TikTok to authorized agency partners.
  • Designed for advertisers seeking professional advertising solutions and reliable account management.
  • Eligible for various benefits and priority participation in programs provided directly by TikTok (such as credit refunds, advertising rebates, etc.).
  • Granted priority access to the latest features of TikTok Ads.
  • Allowed to run ads in countries that are not yet whitelisted.

2. Account Usage Policy

  • After registering and receiving the account, the customer must begin using the account within 7 days.
  • If the account is issued but not used within 7 consecutive days, Volecom reserves the right to revoke the account without refunding the account opening fee (if applicable). However, any remaining balance that has not been used in the advertising account, together with any applicable service fees, will be refunded to the customer’s Volecom wallet within a maximum of 72 hours.
  • If the account is found running TM or copyright, Volecom has the right to immediately revoke the account.
  • If receiving a warning from the TikTok or Volecom team, Volecom will be forced to revoke the running account and consider re-granting it if the lessee commits to comply with the policy.
  • The determination of the fault will be decided by Volecom.

3. TikTok Ad Account Rental Fee

Volecom provides TikTok advertising account rental services free of charge, allowing customers to access and use advertising accounts without any service fees.

Volecom solely facilitates the process of adding funds to the advertising accounts on behalf of customers. Customers deposit funds via the Volecom website, and 100% of the deposited amount will be transferred to the TikTok advertising account when the customer initiates the Top-up action. No service fees are charged by Volecom for providing or managing the TikTok advertising accounts.

Important Note:

Volecom does not charge any fees beyond the actual advertising spend deposited into the TikTok advertising account.
Volecom reserves the right to adjust any service-related terms and will announce any changes on my.volecom.com at least 7 days in advance.

4. Refund Policy

Customers have the right to withdraw funds from their advertising accounts at any time:

  • Instant Withdrawal: Customers may proactively withdraw funds from the advertising account back to their Volecom wallet immediately through the following page:
    https://my.volecom.com/ad-account/my-tiktok-ad-accounts?tab=manage-account
    via the Action -> Top-up or Withdraw option.

  • Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are only permitted if the advertising account is in an Approved status, and only for amounts not frozen or held by TikTok.

Note: When a withdrawal is completed, the funds will be transferred from the advertising account back to the Volecom wallet on the website my.volecom.com.

5. Policy in the Event of Account Disabling

Why was the advertising account disabled?

The account may be disabled if the customer uses it for advertising activities that violate TikTok’s policies. Some reasons that may lead to the advertising account being disabled include:

  • Violations of policies related to content, videos, or images (Refer to TikTok advertising policy)
  • Violation of trademark (TM) or copyright policies.
  • The account has previously been disabled multiple times and has been blacklisted by TikTok (including associated IP addresses, devices, browsers, or products).
  • Reports from other users alleging fraud, scams, or misleading advertising.

In the event that a TikTok advertising account is disabled (“die”):

  • Refund Restriction: No refunds can be processed. Funds deposited into the advertising account are held by TikTok, and Volecom has no authority to retrieve these funds.

  • Appeal Process: If the customer wishes to submit an appeal, the customer must provide all required documents and relevant materials to the Volecom Support Team, and we will submit the appeal request to TikTok on the customer's behalf.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Safeguarding their account login information.
  • Monitoring their advertising campaigns and optimizing advertising budgets during use.
  • Not sharing account access with any third party without Volecom’s prior consent.
  • Complying with all TikTok terms and conditions throughout the use of the service.
  • Fully and promptly paying any applicable fees incurred under this policy.

7. General Terms

This policy may be amended or updated by Volecom at any time. All changes will be announced on Volecom’s official website Volecom.com.

By using the service, the customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.
