Facebook Account Usage Policy

We are Volecom, also known as Volecom Agency (which owns the websites volecom.com, my.volecom.com, and docs.volecom.com, all collectively referred to as “Volecom”).

Volecom provides Facebook advertising account rental services. Below are our policies and terms of use. Please read them carefully before using any services offered by Volecom.

1. Classification of Advertising Accounts

Volecom offers two types of advertising accounts, each with distinct characteristics:

  • Normal Account

    • For customers with monthly spending below 7,500 USD.
    • Provides a moderate level of stability suitable for standard advertising needs and small to medium budgets. This account type is recommended for customers who do not require advanced billing features or enhanced spending capabilities.
  • Invoice Account

    • For customers with monthly spending of 7,500 USD or more.
    • Offers a significantly higher degree of stability, greater spending flexibility, and priority support. This account type is designed for advertisers managing larger budgets and high-volume campaigns who require enhanced reliability. The account operates on a high credit limit provided directly by Facebook exclusively to agency partners.

Important Notice:

  • If the customer chooses an Invoice account but total spending within 30 days does not reach the minimum threshold of 7,500 USD, Volecom reserves the right to revoke the account.
  • Prior to revocation, Volecom will notify the customer via email.
  • After revocation, Volecom will refund any remaining funds in the advertising account to the customer's Volecom wallet within a maximum of 72 hours.

2. Account Usage Policy

  • After registering and receiving the account, the customer must begin using the account within 7 days.
  • If the account is issued but not used within 7 consecutive days, Volecom reserves the right to revoke the account without refunding the account opening fee (if applicable).
    However, any remaining balance that has not been used in the advertising account, together with the corresponding service fees, will be refunded to the customer’s Volecom wallet within a maximum of 72 hours.

3. Facebook Ad Account Rental Fee

Volecom provides Facebook advertising account rental services to support customers in running advertising campaigns. Specifically, as of July 10, 2025, fees will be applied as outlined in the table below:

Fee Structure:

  • Service Fee:
    When the customer deposits funds into the advertising Normal account, a service fee of 5% of the total deposited amount will be applied.
    Example: If the customer deposits 100 USD, the total payable amount will be 105 USD, of which 5 USD is the Volecom service fee.

  • Opening Fee:
    This fee will be deducted immediately when you request to open an account.
    Example: If the customer requests to open an Invoice account and the account opening fee at that time is 20 USD, the customer must pay 20 USD, which will be deducted directly from the customer's Volecom wallet.

Volecom and Facebook will not charge any fees other than those disclosed above.
Volecom reserves the right to adjust fees and will announce any changes on my.volecom.com at least 7 days in advance.

4. Refund Policy

Customers have the right to request a refund at any time under the following conditions:

  • Refund Processing Time:
    Refund requests will be processed within 12 to 48 hours from the moment Volecom confirms the request. In special cases, at Volecom’s sole discretion, processing time may be extended by an additional 24 hours (total maximum of 72 hours).

  • Campaign Deactivation Requirement:
    During the refund request process, all advertising campaigns must be fully deactivated.

  • Cancellation of Refund Requests:
    If the customer reactivates any advertising campaign while the refund request is pending, the request will be immediately cancelled.

  • Repeated Violations:
    If the customer intentionally repeats the act of reactivating campaigns during the refund process, Volecom reserves the right to:

    • Suspend the customer’s Volecom account.
    • Revoke the advertising account.
    • Decline any refund of remaining balances in the Volecom wallet or advertising account.
  • Refund Method:
    The refunded amount will be transferred to the customer’s wallet on my.volecom.com.

5. Policy in the Event of Account Disabling

In the event that an advertising account is disabled (“die”):

  • Appeal Process: Volecom will automatically submit an appeal request to Facebook on the customer's behalf.
    The duration of the appeal process depends on Facebook’s response time and is not guaranteed by Volecom.

  • Possible Outcomes After the Appeal:

    • Successful Appeal: The customer may continue using the advertising account as usual without any changes.

    • Unsuccessful Appeal: Volecom will automatically refund:

      • The remaining Ad Account Balance.
      • The corresponding service fee calculated on the remaining balance.

      Example:
      If the remaining Ad Account Balance is $100, the total refund amount will be:

      $100 + ($100 × Service Fee)

      The refund will be processed within a maximum of 72 hours from the time the unsuccessful appeal is confirmed.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Safeguarding their account login information.
  • Monitoring their advertising campaigns and optimizing advertising budgets during use.
  • Not sharing account access with any third party without Volecom’s prior consent.
  • Complying with all Facebook terms and conditions throughout the use of the service.
  • Fully and promptly paying any applicable fees incurred under this policy.

7. General Terms

This policy may be amended or updated by Volecom at any time. All changes will be announced on Volecom’s official website Volecom.com.

By using the service, the customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.
