Step 4: Request a New Ad Account

Step to Get Ad Account.

Once a customer registers an Volecom account, verifies it, and successfully tops up the account, customer can get ad account. The following steps outline how to get Volecom ad account:

For TikTok Ad Accounts​

After registering and logging into the Volecom platform, you can request a new ad account by filling out the request form. Below is a guide to each field you need to complete:

Required Fields:

  • Industry:
    Enter the business field you are working in, such as Home appliances, Fashion, Courses, etc.

  • Product name:
    Specify the main product(s) you want to advertise, e.g., Tissue paper, Razor, Bodywash.

  • Timezone:
    Choose your local timezone from the dropdown list.

  • Target countries:
    Select one or more countries where you want to run ads. Multiple selections are allowed.

  • Business Center (BC) ID:
    Enter the BC ID of the TikTok Business Center that will manage the ad account. This is a mandatory field.

  • Your TikTok channel:
    Provide the link to your TikTok account in the format: https://tiktok.com/@yourchannel.

  • Estimated monthly ad spend:
    Select your estimated advertising budget per month.

Optional Field:

  • Your website (if any):
    If you have a landing page or website, enter its URL here. This helps speed up the review process.

    Note: If you advertise via TikTok Shop, you can skip this field.

Agreements:

Before submitting your request, make sure to:

  • ✅ Agree to the terms of the TikTok Advertising Policy
  • ✅ Agree to the terms of the Volecom Policy

Submit the Request:

Once completed, click the REQUEST NOW button to submit your request. The Volecom team will review your application and notify you of the result shortly.

For Facebook Ad Accounts​

To request a Facebook ad account on Volecom. Here's how to fill out the form:

Required Fields:

  • Industry:
    Specify the business category you are operating in (e.g., Fashion, Home appliances, Education, etc.).

  • Product name:
    Indicate the primary product(s) you intend to advertise (e.g., Supplements, Skincare, Electronics, etc.).

  • Timezone:
    Select the appropriate time zone where your ad campaigns will run.

  • Currency:
    Choose the desired billing currency for your ad account (USD or VND)

  • Target countries:
    Select one or more countries where you want your Facebook ads to be shown.

  • Business Manager (BM) ID:
    Enter your Facebook Business Manager ID where the ad account should be assigned.

  • Estimated monthly ad spend:
    Choose the expected monthly budget for your Facebook campaigns.

Optional Field:

  • Your website (if any):
    If you have an official landing page or brand website, please provide the link here to speed up the approval process.

Agreements:

Before submitting, you must:

  • ✅ Agree to rent a Facebook ad account with a total service fee of 5%.
  • ✅ Agree to the terms of the Volecom Policy.

Submit the Request:

After completing all required fields and accepting the agreements, click REQUEST NOW to send your application.

The Volecom team will review your request and respond with the account setup status or further instructions.
